New Construction
This custom home was newly built by GLC CONSTRUCTION. This 3,500 sq. ft. house features 4 bedrooms, an office, 3.5 baths, Grand living room, open kitchen and 2 car garage. GLC performed all the grading, foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical, interior/exterior finishes, and painting. The exterior was finished with stucco, Spanish clay tiles, and custom pavers. The interior was finished with Mahogany hardwood floors, custom kitchen cabinets, and detailed tile work.

New Construction
This newly built custom home was built by GLC Construction in Emerald Hills of Redwood City. The exterior features stone veneer and shake siding while the interior features a spacious living area covered with Brazilian Cherry Hardwood floors. The house also features coffer ceilings in each room dressed with crown moulding and a beautiful cherry wood spiral staircase and a large master suite.

Kitchen Remodel
This project is one of our basic kitchen remodels where we fully gutted the kitchen to upgrade and install new electrical circuits/lights along with bringing the plumbing to current code. A skylight was added to bring in more natural light. The kitchen was finished with custom white cabinets and a beautiful custom fabricated granite top with a White Carrera marble tile backsplash.

Residential Addition
This 3 story house located at the Marina District of San Francisco was completed by adding a rear addition along with a new IPE deck with a spiral metal stair case leading to the new concrete patio. The kitchen was enlarged and remodeled with upgraded appliances as well as new flooring and tiles. In addition, a new powder room and new guest bath were added to the existing floor plan. A new fireplace mantel was built along with custom built in cabinets.

Residential Remodel
This residential remodel located in Presidio Heights, San Francisco consists of two newly remodeled bathrooms with White Carrera marble tiles and an accent of translucent blue wall trim bordered by White Carrera Mouldings. The bathroom also has custom built vanities, stained glass windows and radiant heated floors.

Restaurant Remodel
This commercial property in South San Francisco was newly renovated to current ADA standards and building codes. These renovations included handicap ramp, wheelchair accessible bathrooms, and doorways. The front entrance, dining area, and bar were modernized to accommodate for a newer contemporary look.

Major Renovation
This 1960’s home in the town of Atherton was fully stripped to the studs and refinished. The house features a newly renovated spacious kitchen with custom cabinets, new red oak hardwood floors, numerous bathrooms, wainscoting, laundry room, and garage addition.

Major Remodel
This San Francisco home’s existing hardwood floors were refinished; the interior fully repainted, remodeled both bathrooms, and had a complete kitchen renovation. A wall was removed to create an open kitchen with custom cherry cabinets, tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. A basement addition with a new bath and two bedrooms was added to the existing floor plan.

Residential Addition/Major Renovation
This 1920’s San Francisco home was originally a 2 story building, and transformed into 3 stories after adding the 3rd floor master suite. The master suite features an entertainment center with custom built entertainment cabinets, wet bar, and slate tile patio with a glass rail. The master bath was finished with glass tile and pebble stone; featuring a steam shower, a soaking tub, and a floating vanity wrapped in granite.
